What is the minimum order quantity?

It depends on the path. Group Buy (pooled orders): 90 pairs per color per style — existing styles, standard packaging, no custom logo. ODM (select our designs): 900 pairs per style, up to 3 colorways, produced with your branding. OEM (your own design or sample): from 1,000 pairs per style, since custom molds may be required.
What's the difference between Group Buy, ODM and OEM?

Group Buy means several buyers pool into the same existing style to share the 90-pair minimum — standard packaging, no logo. ODM means you select a ready style from our own collection and we produce it with your branding (logo on shoe, insole, outsole, box and hangtag), from 900 pairs. OEM means you send us your own design, images or sample and we develop and produce it to your spec, from 1,000 pairs, with custom molds where the design requires.
Can you produce shoes from my own design or sample?

Yes — that is our OEM service. Send us images, a sample, or a tech-pack, and our team develops the pattern, sources materials, and produces to your specification, including new molds where needed. MOQ starts at 1,000 pairs, and lead time varies with the complexity of the design. A sample approval fee applies.
Can you source products other than shoes?

Yes. As a Yiwu-based sourcing agent, we can procure bags, accessories, socks, shoe components, fashion jewelry, and most other consumer goods from Yiwu's 75,000+ booths. Tell us what you need — we'll handle finding, negotiating, QC and shipping.
What payment methods do you accept?

T/T (bank transfer) and Western Union. Standard terms: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment. B2B platform has its own integrated payment options.
Can I visit the showroom or factory?

Absolutely. Showroom: 1103, China-Africa Building, Yiwu International Trade Market. Factory visits to Ruian can be arranged on request. Buyers welcome year-round — advance notice appreciated.
How do you ensure quality?

Pre-production sample approval + pre-shipment inspection on every order. We check stitching, sole adhesion, sizing accuracy and packaging before anything ships. For OEM orders, sample approval is mandatory.
What sizes are available?

Women's: EU 35–42. Men's: EU 39–46. Kids': EU 25–37. US, UK & CN size equivalents available. Custom size runs available for OEM orders.
