Choose your styles

Browse our collection of men's, women's and kids' injection-molded sport-casual shoes. Pick the styles that fit your market and shortlist your favourites.

Define your branding

Tell us your logo, colorways, packaging and any upper changes. Everything but the outsole can be tailored to your brand — more on that below.

Approve a sample

We produce a branded pre-production sample so you can confirm look, fit and quality before committing to the full run. Nothing goes to production unsigned.

Production

Your order is manufactured in our own Ruian factory — from 900 pairs per style, across up to three colorways.

Quality control

Multi-stage inspection from incoming materials to final packed cartons (see our QC process below) so every shipment meets retail standard.

Ship to your door

FOB or full DDP — we handle export, freight, customs and duties so your branded shoes arrive ready for your shelves. Roughly one month end-to-end.

On an ODM order, the upper, the colors, the branding and the packaging are fully customizable. The one part that stays fixed is the outsole — and there's a good business reason why, which actually works in your favour.

👟 Why the upper is (almost) fully customizable

Uppers are built from patterns and materials, not hard tooling. That means we can match your sample's look, materials and construction very closely — in most cases, near-identical — without any tooling investment.

🛠️ Why the outsole stays fixed

An outsole needs a steel mold, and a single new mold costs 50,000–100,000+ RMB. By using our existing, proven outsoles, you avoid that cost entirely — which is exactly what keeps ODM fast and affordable. (Want a brand-new outsole? That's an OEM project — see below.)

Retail chains can't afford inconsistent shipments. Our quality process runs from the moment materials arrive to the moment cartons are sealed — so what you approve is what reaches your shelves.

Incoming Materials

Uppers, soles, adhesives and components are checked against spec before production begins.

STAGE 2

In-Line Production

Operators and line supervisors check stitching, bonding and assembly during the run to catch issues early.

STAGE 3

Sizing & Fit

Size and fit are verified against the approved sample, with random pulls across the size run.

STAGE 4

Final & Packing

Finished pairs are inspected for appearance, pairing and defects, then branding, labels and cartons are confirmed before sealing.

OEM — production from your own design

Already have your own design or sample? We take OEM projects on a case-by-case basis. The upper can usually be matched closely; the deciding factor is the outsole mold. If we don't already have a matching outsole, you either cover the mold tooling (50,000–100,000+ RMB) or commit to a volume — roughly 10,000–30,000 pairs — large enough to absorb it. Send us your sample or tech-pack and we'll assess feasibility before quoting.

Common questions

What is ODM footwear and how is it different from OEM?

ODM means you select a ready, proven style from our collection and we produce it with your branding. OEM means producing from your own design or sample. ODM is faster, lower-risk and lower-cost because the style, fit and outsole tooling already exist.

What's the minimum order for ODM private-label shoes?

900 pairs per style, across up to three colorways — production-grade, but low enough to launch a branded line without heavy commitment.

What can I customize?

Almost everything except the outsole: upper material and color, logo, insole print, lining, laces, hangtag, box and packaging. The outsole uses our existing molds, which is what keeps ODM fast and affordable.

How long does an ODM order take?

About one month from confirmed order and deposit to shipment. No mold lead time, because the tooling already exists.

Do you work with retail chains and supermarket private-label programs?

Yes — that's our core focus. We work with chains and groups, typically running 3 to 30 stores, who need consistent quality and fresh styles rather than one-off small lots.
